Any personal data that M H Associates may hold is stored in a secure environment.
Personal data is recorded when clients or customers contact us via telephone, in person, email or other electronic form including the contact form on this website.
Personal data is only recorded to facilitate the business relationship we have with our clients and customers.
Only M H Associates staff have access to this information on a need to know basis. None of this information is shared with third parties. Should that need arise it will only be shared with the data owners specific consent.
Usage and control
The data owner can request, via the normal channels, to be informed of any personal information that M H Associates may hold on the data owner and further request that this information be deleted, changed or updated as appropriate.
We will only contact the data owner under the following circumstances:
- To facilitate the data owners business relationship with M H Associates.
- To inform the data owner of any opportunities that M H Associates believe will benefit the data owner when related to airport security.
- To inform the data owner of any exceptional circumstances such as regulatory changes, etc.
If the data owner wishes to opt out of any of the three circumstances listed, they can do so by informing M H Associates of their decision through the normal channels.
If circumstances arise in which M H Associates must disclose personal information, such as in a legal case, this information will only be disclosed in line with the General Data Protection Act and as required by UK law.
